Willingboro's firefighters were once again busy as another storm swept through the township. While this storm was all rain, instead of snow as with the previous storms, the firefighter's were still pushed to their limits. From 10:30 am on Saturday, March 13th until just after midnight on Sunday, March 14th the department responded to 26 calls for service.

During this period of numerous responses, Captain Ramsey directed Engines 1613 and 1611 to the incidents. A staff of full-time and volunteer firefighters ensured that all calls for service were answered as quickly as possible. Most of the incidents the firefighters responded to were for arching or downed power lines. There were no injuries and only minor property damage as a result of the storm's intensity.
