Willingboro Firefighters are spending many days in October at township schools and day-care centers conducting fire prevention activities. The firefighters are talking to the kids about fire safety and showing them what a firefighter looks like dressed up in his protective clothing. Engine 1613 is also at every event so that the kids can see the truck and its equipment.

Any school, day-care center, or other community group can request a Fire Prevention Tour by doing the following:

1. Go to the "Public" section of our website and click on the "Fire Prevention" tab. At the bottom of the page is the link for our online Fire Prevention Tour Request form.

2. A representative from your organization can stop by Fire Headquarters, which is located at the corner of Charleston Road and JFK Way, and fill out a Fire Prevention Tour Request form.
