Fire Chief Anthony Burnett and Acting Public Safety Director Ian Bucs would like to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Joseph Fresco to the rank of Captain effective January 7, 2022. Captain Fresco has served with the Willingboro Fire Department for more than 17 years, with experience starting as a volunteer firefighter in Bordentown Fire Department since 1992. He has ascended the ranks through the department since being hired full time in November 2004. He is currently assigned to the A-Platoon as the shift Commander. Lieutenant O'Donnell has served with the Willingboro Fire Department for more than 18 years, with experience starting as a volunteer firefighter. He was hired full time in May of 2008. He is currently assigned to the C-Platoon as the shift Lieutenant. Congratulations Lieutenant Erin O'Donnell.
