House Fire in Garfield Park North

On April 26th, Burlington County Communcations Center received a call for a house on fire at 11:31 on Norwick Lane. Willingboro Fire and EMS units responded to the incident. Chief 1600 arrived and reported a garage fire extending into the dwelling. Engine 1612 arrived at 11:38 and went into service to extinguish the fire. Additional units from our mutual aid fire departments arrived and assisted with fire suppression efforts. At 11:59 Chief 1600 declared the incident to be under control.
No injuries to any civilians or firefighters were reported. The Red Cross was notified to assist the residents.
The fire is under investigation by the Burlington County Fire Marshal Office and the State of New Jersey Fire Marshal Office.
