On November 15, 2023 at 17:50 hrs. Command 1600 (Chief Burnett), Engines 1613 & Engine 1612 responded to Riverview Place for a reported dwelling fire. On arrival Command 1600 reported light smoke showing. Engine 1613 Officer (Lt Ferrell) entered the structure with FF Dawson to investigate while an 1.75" hose line was stretched to the front door. Engine 1612 secured the hydrant at the beginning of the court. Lt Ferrell ordered the line inside the structure to extinguish a small fire that was found below the oven in cabinets that was extending to the walls. Additional mutual aid companies arrived and assisted with overhaul and provided manpower. The fire was quickly placed under control and companies were released. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the Burlington County Fire Marshals Office.
